Will my cat actually tolerate wearing this?
Most cats adjust within 10–15 minutes. The camera weighs less than 1 oz and sits flat against the collar — it's less intrusive than a standard collar tag. We recommend letting your cat wear the collar with the camera detached first, then introducing the camera. If your cat is extremely collar-averse, it may not be the right fit — but most owners are surprised how quickly their cats ignore it.
What size collar does it fit?
The adjustable magnetic mount fits collar widths between 0.6" and 1.4" — which covers the vast majority of standard cat and dog collars. It doesn't fit harnesses without a collar attachment. If you're unsure, measure your pet's current collar width and compare.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship tracked and arrive in 7–10 business days to the US and Canada. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. We're a small pet brand and currently ship via our fulfilment partner — we're working on faster local shipping options.
What is your return policy?
30-day no-questions-asked returns. If it doesn't work for your pet for any reason, contact us at lumopets.ca@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. We cover returns on any defective units.
