Lumopets began with a simple ambition: build a pet brand that feels as thoughtful as the care we give the animals in our homes.
We are a Canadian brand for cats, dogs and the people who organize their day around them. A bowl filled before work. A walk that takes a little longer. A favorite place to sleep. Those ordinary moments are where our story starts.
Little routines. Big love.
We focus on everyday essentials for feeding and hydration, walks and outings, and rest and comfort. Our aim is to make those routines easier to understand and more enjoyable to share, while helping you choose for your own pet’s size, habits and home.
A personal dream, built one relationship at a time.
Founded by Mihad, Lumopets is growing from a Canadian dream into a brand for homes across the United States and Canada. We are at the beginning of that journey, and we want to build it through useful products, honest information and the care we bring to each customer conversation.
What you can expect from us
- Products explained in everyday language. See what a feature does, how it fits a routine and what to check before choosing.
- Fit and care guidance. Measurements, setup advice and care information matter as much as the photograph.
- A direct way to ask for help. Email us with a sizing question, a compatibility check or an order query.
For cats and dogs, on their own terms.
A curious cat and an energetic dog do not need the same things. We bring both into the brand, with room for different bodies, personalities and routines. Start with the everyday moment you want to improve, then choose the product that makes sense for your pet.
Your questions help shape what comes next.
We are building Lumopets with a long view. The questions you ask and the experiences you share help us understand where the range and guidance need to improve. You can reach us at lumopets.ca@gmail.com.
